Originally from Mississauga, Ontario, she grew up surrounded by animals, including a Jack Russell and a Poodle mix who helped spark her lifelong passion for veterinary care.
She graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1998 after completing the three-year Veterinary Technology program in Kingston. Shortly after, she moved to Nova Scotia, where she spent five years working in a small animal clinic and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
In 2003, she joined the team at Orleans Veterinary Hospital, beginning what she describes as a long and fulfilling journey. Over the years, she has become an integral part of the team and, more recently, has worked closely with the Internal Medicine department alongside Dr. Kilborn.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying busy with creative and relaxing hobbies, including crocheting, puzzles, gardening, and exploring hydroponics.
